Cookie Policy
How Interocean uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can control them.
1. Who we are
We are Interocean Marine Services Limited (“Interocean”), an integrated asset solutions partner to the offshore energy and maritime sectors. We are the controller of any personal data collected through cookies on this website for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains more broadly how we collect and use personal data.
6. What we will not do
7. Other services on this site
The interactive maps on our homepage and contact page are provided by Mapbox. Loading a map sends your browser’s request, including its IP address, to Mapbox’s servers in order to deliver the map tiles; Mapbox does not set cookies on this site. Our website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers similarly receive the technical data needed to serve each page. Both are described in our Privacy Notice under disclosures and international transfers.
8. Your rights
Information collected through cookies can be personal data, and the rights described in our Privacy Notice apply to it: access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise any of them, contact us at info@interocean.com.
9. Managing your preferences
You can change your choice about analytics cookies at any time using the button below, which shows the cookie notice again. Declining will not affect your use of the website.
You can also control cookies through your web browser, including deleting cookies already set and blocking new ones. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the website may not work as intended. Your browser’s help pages explain how: search for “cookies” in the help for Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
